If you're new, or a little unsure, you're in the right place.
You don't need to do everything perfectly and you don't need to learn everything at once. OSX gives you a clear structure for training, food and progress, so you always know what to focus on.
This guide shows how everything fits together and points you to more help when you need it.
What actually matters
Eat real food. Train to build muscle. Stay consistent.
Prioritize protein
Choose real, whole foods
Follow your meal plan
Do your workouts
Stay active every day
You don't need to obsess over every calorie. Keep the basics consistent and let the plan do the work.
Your Home screen
Home shows what you need for the day:

Nutrition
Keep it simple. Stay consistent.
Tracking is a tool, not a test. Consistency matters more than perfect numbers, one meal won't make or break your progress, and food quality comes first. Build your meals around protein.
Inside OSX, nutrition is built around real, whole foods and simple meals that fit your goal. No crash diets, no processed "diet food".
Following a meal plan. Most of the thinking is done for you. Follow the meals, swap them when you want variety, or pick something else from the recipe library.
Logging your own food. Not on a meal plan? Log what you eat and watch your calories and macros against your targets. The goal is awareness, not perfect tracking.
Workouts
OSX workouts are built around structure, progression and meeting you where you are. Some sessions are short and simple, others longer and harder, from a 5 minute stretch to a 20 minute workout to a 40 minute session.
Follow the program that fits your level, your goal and your equipment. You don't need to make every workout longer or harder to make progress. Follow what's programmed, stay consistent, and build from there.
Open the Workouts tab and you'll find three sections:
Programs. A clear plan over several weeks. Pick the one that fits your goal, training style and equipment, and your workouts are scheduled for you. No guessing what to do next.
Classes. Single follow along workouts you pick based on what you want to train today. Browse by length, body part or training style: Newest Workouts, 20 Minutes or Less, Full Body, Upper Body, Lower Body & Glutes, Abs & Core, cardio, Pilates, stretch and mobility.
Gymstyle. Set based workouts with equipment. One exercise at a time, your own weights, your own rest. Pick by muscle group: Full Body, Legs & Glutes, Chest, Back, Shoulders & Arms, Abs & Core.
Not sure where to start? Choose a program. It gives you a structure to follow so you always know what to train next.
Train on a bigger screen
Play your workout on a TV for an easier follow along. Less distraction, press play and train.
Daily movement
Steps are the easiest way to stay active outside your workouts. They add movement without adding another hard session, and they support recovery. Connect your health app or wearable to track them inside OSX.
Community and learning
Use the OSX Group Chat to connect with other members, share progress and ask training and habit questions.
The Learn tab has short videos from Oliver on training, nutrition, recovery, sleep, body recomposition and more.
Check-ins
Check-ins track your weight, measurements and progress photos. Add front, side and back photos when you start and keep updating them. The scale won't always tell the full story; your photos and measurements show progress even when your weight stays the same. Aim for a check-in every 2 to 4 weeks.
Getting help
Start with this help center, it answers most questions. If you don't find what you need, open the chat on joinosx.com and ask Coach Clarity, our support assistant. Want a person? Say so in the chat and someone from the team replies within 24 hours.
For training, food and habit questions, the OSX Group Chat is a great place to ask.
Your membership
OSX is $29 a month, with quarterly and yearly options that cost less per month.
If you're ever unsure what to do next, come back to the basics and follow the plan.
