Your dashboard shows what’s planned for the day and helps you stay on track.
Workouts
At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see your scheduled activity for the day.
On training days, your scheduled workout will appear here.
Note: For an easier follow-along experience, you can play your workout on a larger screen using the available screen-share/casting options.
Nutrition
Nutrition is another key part of your dashboard.
Meal Plan Activated
When your meal plan is active, you’ll see your meals for the day along with your calorie and macro targets.
Your targets are set based on your goal, whether that’s getting leaner and stronger, losing fat, or building muscle.
Meal Plan Not Activated
If your meal plan isn’t active, you’ll still see your daily calorie and macro targets on the dashboard.
Your targets are set from the information you provide during onboarding, including your height, weight, goal, and activity level.
As you update your progress through check-ins, your targets can adjust with you.
Activity
As you scroll further down the dashboard, you’ll find the Activity section.
This is where you can keep track of things like water intake and daily steps.
Water
You can log your water intake directly from the dashboard.
You don’t need to hit a perfect number every day. Use the tracker as a simple reminder to stay hydrated and consistent.
Steps
You can track your daily steps from the Activity section.
Keep a supported wearable or health app connected to OSX, and your step data will sync with the app automatically.
Note: Connect your supported wearable or health app first to make sure your steps sync correctly with OSX.
