How to use a meal plan

Add a plan, follow it, swap a meal, match your calories with serving sizes, and track your day.

Your meal plan gives you a simple structure so you don't have to figure out what to eat every day. It keeps you consistent, builds your meals around real food, and supports your training.

1. Add a meal plan

If you don't have one active yet, pick one in the Nutrition tab.

2. Follow it

Once a plan is active, today's meals show on your Home screen under Nutrition. Tap the block to open your Food Diary and see every meal for the day.

Tap a meal to open the recipe, the ingredients and the steps. Choose your serving size, then tap Add to log it.

3. Swap a meal

Don't feel like the meal on the plan? Tap the Swap icon next to it.

Browse the alternatives and pick the one you want.

Open the recipe, set the number of servings, follow the steps, and tap Add.

Need to change the serving size or the ingredient amounts? See How to Adjust Recipe Serving Sizes and Ingredient Amounts.

4. Match your calories

The meal plans are built at 2,000 calories a day. Your own target sits at the top of the Nutrition tab. Match them with serving sizes: bigger servings if your target is higher, smaller if it's lower.

5. Track your day

Once you log a meal, your Food Diary shows what you've eaten against your targets.

You don't need every meal to be different. The OSX approach is simple and repeatable. If a few meals work for you, keep them.
