The Meal Planner helps you organize your nutrition in advance, customize meals, and add individual recipes or foods to specific days.
Here’s how to use it.
How to Access the Meal Planner
From Home, scroll down to More, then tap Meal Planner.
Adding a Meal Plan
If you don’t already have a meal plan scheduled, you’ll need tochoose and activate one first
Once your meal plan is active, you can use the Meal Planner to customize the meals scheduled for each day.
How to Swap Meals in Your Plan
Want to change one of the meals scheduled for a specific day?
Open Meal Planner and tap the day you want to customize.
Tap the Swap icon beside the meal you want to change.
Browse the available alternatives and tap the (+) beside the recipe you want to add.
Tap the checkmark beside the currently selected recipe if you want to remove it.
Swipe down to close the menu.
Your updated recipe will now appear in that meal slot.
How to Restore a Day
If you’ve customized a day and want to return it to the original meal plan:
The meals for that day will return to the original recipes from your meal plan.
Adding Individual Recipes Without a Meal Plan
You can also use the Meal Planner to schedule individual recipes without following a full meal plan.
Tap the day you want to plan.
Tap the chef hat icon to open the recipe library.
Choose the recipe you want to schedule.
Select the serving amount if needed, then tap Add.
The recipe will then appear on that day in your Meal Planner.
Adding Individual Foods
You can also tap + Add Food within a meal slot to search for individual foods and add them directly to your planned day.
This can be useful when you want to plan specific foods alongside your recipes rather than following only pre-set meals.
