Progress tracking in OSX helps you follow changes over time through regular check-ins, progress photos, and body measurements.

Changes can be difficult to notice day to day. Keeping your check-ins consistent makes it easier to compare your progress over time and see how your body is changing.

How to Complete a Check-In

Check-ins allow you to save progress photos and measurements so you can compare your results over time.

  1. From the Home screen, scroll down to More, then tap Progress Tracker.

  2. Tap Check In Now.

  3. Take your progress photos using the on-screen outline as a guide.

  4. Enter your measurements, including your weight, then tap Save.

For the clearest comparisons, try to take your photos under similar conditions each time. For example, using the same position, lighting, distance, and clothing.

Note:

  • Use the outline shown on screen to help keep your positioning consistent between check-ins.

  • The front photo is required, while the side and back photos are optional.

  • Keeping your check-ins consistent will make your progress easier to compare over time.
