There are two simple ways to manage your nutrition inside OSX: follow your meal plan or log your own food.
Use the option that fits your routine and keep it simple.
Follow Your Meal Plan
The simplest option is to follow the meals already set up in your plan.
Your meal plan is built around your daily calorie and macro targets
Meals are already organised for you, so you don’t have to plan everything yourself
You can swap a recipe when you want something different
Repeat meals when that makes your routine easier
If you want more structure, follow the plan and let it do the thinking for you.

Log Your Own Food
If you prefer more flexibility, you can log what you eat and use your daily targets as a guide.
You can build your day using:
Recipes from the OSX library
Foods you’ve logged before
Your own meals and snacks
As you log, you can see how your day is tracking against your targets.
You do not need a different menu every day. If a few meals work well for you, keep using them.

Simple Tracking Tips
Keep it easy to repeat.
Plan ahead: Know what you’re eating before you get too hungry
Keep go-to meals: Use a few meals you know work for you
Use simple swaps: Pick another recipe in the app when you want a change
Don’t overcomplicate it: Simple meals are easier to stick to
When You’re Off Target
If one day doesn’t go to plan, just get back to your normal routine.
Do not try to fix it with extreme restriction or extra workouts.
One day off means very little. What you do consistently matters much more.
