If you subscribed inside the iPhone or iPad app, Apple manages your subscription. Cancel it in your iPhone settings.
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap OSX.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You can also get there from the app: tap your profile picture, then Manage Subscription, and it takes you to your Apple subscription.
If there's no Cancel button and Apple shows an expiry date instead, it's already cancelled. You keep access until that date.

Cancelling through Apple only cancels the Apple subscription. If you also have a subscription on the website, cancel that separately. See Where did I subscribe: website or Apple?
