If Manage Subscription won't load, manage your subscription where you signed up instead:
Website (including everyone on Android): ask in the chat and we send you the direct link to manage it.
Apple: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, OSX.
Not sure where you signed up? Where did I subscribe: website or Apple?
