It is common for one side of your body to feel stronger or more stable than the other.
This can happen because of differences in strength, mobility, coordination, or which side you use more in daily life.
What Should You Do?
Use a weight you can control on both sides
Keep the reps consistent on each side
Let the weaker side guide the weight when needed
Focus on good form and controlled reps
Keep following your program and build strength over time
Avoid adding random extra reps or using heavier weight just to force the weaker side to catch up.
Note: If the difference comes with pain, numbness, sudden weakness, or is getting worse, stop training and speak with a healthcare professional.
