Something hurts when I train

Don't push through it. Muscle burn is fine. Sharp joint pain is your body telling you to stop.

Skip the movements that hurt and swap them for ones that don't load that joint the same way. Knee pain? Glute bridges and hip thrusts instead of lunges. Wrist pain? Dumbbells instead of push ups. Keep training everything else as normal, you won't lose progress.

If it's sharp and doesn't settle within a week or two, get it looked at by a doctor or physio. Once you know what's going on, ask in the chat and we'll help you adjust your plan around it.

I can't diagnose anything, and I'd never tell you to train through pain.
